  • Architectural highlight in the middle of the Grisons mountains
  • Exquisite cuisine awarded with 2 Michelin stars
  • Unique spa built from 60,000 slabs of Vals quartzite
  • Exclusive treatments with ESPA products

Luxury and design hotel in one: the 7132 Hotel stands for exclusive lifestyle and a first-class spatial experience, created by world-class architects. The small municipality of Vals in the canton of Graubünden is home to one of the most architecturally inspiring hotel ensembles in Switzerland, which is directly connected to the famous thermal spa designed by Peter Zumthor. In addition to the five-star superior 7132 Hotel, this also includes the architecture hotel: House of Architects. In addition to the architecture, exquisite cuisine also plays a central role. Awarded two Michelin stars, the 7132 Silver with 30 seats has been under the aegis of chef Marcel Koolen since 2023. He imaginatively presents his creative and modern cuisine, for which he only uses seasonal products of the highest quality. Peter Zumthor has created a magnificent architectural masterpiece with the thermal baths, which has attracted worldwide attention. Built from 60,000 slabs of Vals quartzite, the thermal baths were listed as a historical monument shortly after they were built. The unique atmosphere and the 30 degree Celsius warm, highly mineralized water from the St. Peters spring make a visit to the thermal baths a deeply relaxing experience. Especially in combination with a revitalizing ESPA treatment.
