The Heritage Madrid Hotel is located in a building in the middle of Madrid, built at the beginning of the 20th century, and belongs to the prestigious French association Relais & Châteaux. The five-star hotel has been entirely decorated by the prestigious decorator Lorenzo Castillo to give it an urban character - it is a cosmopolitan and eminently timeless hotel. The rooms have a classic feel and play with a surprising mix of fabrics and colours, precious materials such as lacquered woods, polychrome marble and embroidered curtains. The Heritage Madrid also houses a large collection of antiques and European artwork dating back to the 17th century. Mario Sandoval (2 Michelin stars) leads the culinary offering as Executive Chef of Hotel Heritage. At the hotel's restaurant "Haroma", the chef shows his skill and passion for the best ingredients, recreating traditional flavors with his most avant-garde techniques. He respects the taste of each ingredient and treats his guests with refined creations in an exquisite haute cuisine menu.
