Romantic & Wellness Hotel Deimann

Already in the fourth generation, the Deimann family runs the Romantik & Wellness Hotel in Schmallenberg-Winkhausen. Set against the backdrop of the Hunau and Rothaar Mountains and adjacent to the largest ski area north of the Alps, the former manor house is the only five-star hotel in the Sauerland region. Situated in the middle of a large park, it comprises three restaurants, including the gourmet restaurant Hofstube Deimann, which has been awarded a Michelin star and will move to new and modernized premises in the main building in the course of 2023.

The spa at the Gutshof impresses with its large bathing and wellness landscape, which was recently expanded to include an adults-only lounging and relaxation area totaling more than 6,000 m2. In 2023, another outdoor swimming pool will also be built in the outdoor area of the new "Seeterrassen". A daily fitness and relaxation program as well as weekly hikes with the hotelier family make the vacation experience complete. The region around the five-star hotel includes an extensive network of cycle paths; the SauerlandRadring alone stretches for more than 84 kilometers. Guests discover nature with ease on an e-bike and set off on impressive panoramic tours with wonderful picnic spots. But also sporty cyclists can choose from routes of different difficulty levels on- and offroad as well as downhill or freeride in the Bikepark Winterberg. A rental service is of course also offered at Hotel Deimann and cycling enthusiasts can choose between a variety of bikes.
