The restaurant, which offers its visitors the authentic taste of the sea, is located on the first floor of the hotel and can be accessed from the seafront. This year, 2022, the restaurant takes a big step toward naturalness and focuses on fish dishes, paying tribute to the genuine products of the island, so that visitors and locals can enjoy the local recipes interpreted by the chef Pablo Tomás (previously working in the restaurants Drolma and elBulli).
