Austria is back! With the end of the lockdown on December 12, the long-awaited winter season finally starts. And with them, the coolest ski hotels in Austria are back at the start.

Just in time for the start of the winter season, the lockdown ends in Austria. This means that now only day visits to the popular ski regions of the Alpine Republic are no longer possible. Overnight stays and visits to restaurants will also be allowed again - at least in most parts of Austria. Anyone who can show proof of 3G will be allowed to enter the country.
However, the 2G rule applies to the use of lifts and cable cars. This means that fully vaccinated or recovered guests may use the transport services. FFP2 masks are mandatory in gondolas, chairlifts with hoods and in the waiting areas of cable car stations. And then nothing stands in the way of winter sports fun.
