The name Steinmair should be remembered. The South Tyrolean hotelier family has just set the next milestone in the hotel industry in the Gsieser Valley. Their latest project - the Fontis eco farm & suites in South Tyrol - opened on 1 July 2021.
Sustainable holiday concept with luxury
In a dreamy location between meadows and forests, the Fontis eco farm & suites combines sustainable construction with a Green SPA, Eco Farming and deceleration at the highest level with a completely new holiday concept. Many natural materials and 100 percent green energy ensure a pleasant, healthy feel-good climate throughout the house. A geothermal system covers the entire heat requirement from a depth of 200 metres, 100 percent ecologically.
Eight alpine suites with designer kitchens, living area, bedroom and outdoor terrace are living worlds to set yourself free. In the Green SPA in the fresh, sparkling mountain air with a panoramic view of the Dolomites, wellness becomes an outdoor pleasure. Each suite has a private sunbathing and relaxation lounge with access to the organic bathing lake.
A paradise for gourmets
Herbs, berries, flowers and lots of vegetables - at the Eco Farm, gourmets can not only taste and enjoy, but also diligently dig, plant and sow, water or harvest. The fresh natural products are transported directly from the field to the breakfast buffet. Chicken coop, beehives and fish ponds complete the assortment of healthy treasures directly on site, which are also a healthy product supplier for the sister establishments Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort and Chalet Salena Luxury & Private Lodge.
