The Aethos Hotels & Clubs brand was born from a vision. At its core was the desire to create travel and hospitality experiences that have a positive effect on the guest. Not only on the body, but also on the mind and soul. The brand's focus is therefore on wellness, relaxation and authentic experiences. The first property to implement these principles opened its doors in 2020 with the Aethos Saragano in Italy. This year, the Aethos Corsica, Aethos Milan and Aethos Lisbon were added. Then, in the first quarter of 2023, they'll celebrate a new opening in Mallorca. But that's not all. In the same year, further hotels in Portugal are to join the brand portfolio. 

This is what the new opening in Mallorca can do

The location of the property in Mallorca's most exclusive harbour town promises a lot. The hotel has direct access to the sea and beach and offers its guests over 4,700 square meters of space and privacy. The hotel will have only 51 rooms and suites, all with balconies. These, as well as the public areas of the hotel, will be given a completely new design. The focus will be on natural materials, such as reclaimed wood and natural stone. It comes from Astet Studio in Barcelona and Mallorcan architect Beatriz Ballesteros. The former has already been responsible for the design of the Calada Beach Hotel in Portugal, while Ballesteros' work includes the St Regis Mardavall and Castillo Hotel Son Vida. With a modern, sustainable energy supply concept, the requirements of the times are taken into account.

True to the brand vision, Aethos Mallorca will offer guests many opportunities to enjoy authentic travel experiences on the popular Balearic island. The aim is to offer travellers modern, soft and minimalist luxury. This includes a sea-view restaurant, a spa and several bars. In addition, a new beach club and rooftop lounge are planned for the new opening in Mallorca.
