Six Senses in the Caribbean: that means white, palm-fringed sandy beaches, turquoise waters, incredible snorkeling and diving, and exceptional service. Plus, guests get to choose: would they rather stay on the sun-drenched beachfront Ambergis Caye or on a deserted island? Both parts of the new Six Senses Belize are scheduled for completion by mid-May 2025. Just a two-hour flight from Miami, it offers guests the perfect balance of adventure, beach life and secluded hideaway.

Beach Life at Secret Beach

The part of the resort that will be the center of varied activities with its Experience Center covers 7 hectares. Just a few kilometers from lively San Pedro on the island of Ambergris Caye, it has a pristine private beach. This will be exclusively available to guests of Six Senses Belize. In addition to a dive center and Marine Discovery, there are many other opportunities to indulge in water sports here. There are also plans for organic gardens, a labyrinth, a cooking school, a food market and a teen club. Would you like a little more? Sure. Because an outdoor pool, ice cream parlor, overwater restaurant and Cinema Paradiso are also part of this part of the resort. There are 24 residences for sale along Secret Beach, ranging from two to seven bedrooms.

Island hideaway for those seeking peace and quiet

Only a five-minute boat ride separates Secret Beach with its varied activities from the island accommodations. As soon as you set foot on this mysterious paradise, you almost automatically think of Robinson Crusoe. Except that the Six Senses in the Caribbean offers its guests just about everything they could possibly want. 45 villas and some of the residences offer the typical Six Senses luxury. The majority of them are planned as water bungalows. They are intended to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.

Sustainability at Six Senses in the Caribbean

It wouldn't be Six Senses if they didn't place great emphasis on environmental protection. The measures that the Six Senses in the Caribbean takes in this regard are manifold. For example, the facades of the buildings are made of renewable wood. They come as prefabricated modules, minimizing on-site work. In addition, the buildings make use of passive solar radiation and have green roofs. Heat regulation thus takes place naturally. Of course, the flora and fauna are preserved, so guests have the opportunity to get to know the animal and plant life of Six Senses Belize as well.
