Vista: Oceania Cruises' newest fleet member creates anticipation

When the Oceania Vista sails in 2023, it will score with the "finest cuisine at sea", iconic cabins and suites as well as a spa that is second to none. In short: the Vista brings superlatives to the world's oceans.

26 October 2021

When the Vista embarks on her maiden voyage in spring 2023, a new era will begin for Oceania Cruises. The newest member of the international cruise line's fleet will offer superlatives at sea, what cruise fans have been dreaming of for a long time. The cruise line's seventh boutique ship will not only offer the famous "finest cuisine at sea", but will also score with a particularly high quality service and luxurious furnishings. The first voyages of the Vista are already bookable.

Grand Hotel on high seas

There are ships that never make you forget that you are on a cruise. And then there are those that give you the feeling of having staying in a particularly noble grand hotel. The Oceania Vista undoubtedly belongs to the latter category. You enter through a light-flooded lobby that reinterprets the glamour of days long gone.

Of course, the distinguished and elegant ambience is also continued in the rest of the ship. Sleek curves, light, crystal, light natural tones and fine materials enhance the effect. Regardless of whether you are in one of the bars, in the spa, in one of the restaurants or in your own cabin. These allow stylish living with plenty of space. Indeed, even the smallest cabin has 27 square metres and a French balcony. 122 Penthouse Suites and 14 Oceania Suites provide even more space. If, on the other hand, you would like a "villa at sea", there are 8 Vista Suites with 135 to 172 square metres of living space and 3 Owner's Suites with 223 square metres. These are furnished in the exclusive Ralph Lauren Home design.

Gourmet Temple Oceania Vista

Foodies on the Vista are spoilt for choice every day, with a total of twelve gourmet venues at their disposal. The newest member of the cruise line-wide restaurant family is Ember. The menu here features mainly American creations and popular classics. The Aquamar Kitchen is also celebrating its premiere on board the Vista. The focus is on healthy, light and superfoods. The Grand Dining Room will make the hearts of glamour fans race, while steakhouse experiences will be celebrated at Polo Grill. Panasia makes its grand entrance at Red Ginger, while Toscana pays homage to Italian cuisine.

The new Bakery spoils guests with French and Italian pastries, while cocktails and refreshments are served in the various bars. On request, guests can experience an exclusive dinner in private at the Privée.

Wellness and variety on the world's oceans

The Vista is the first and only cruise ship to feature a library with furniture and artwork exclusively from Ralph Lauren Home. Quiet hours are just as possible here as in the modern beach cabanas on the pool deck or in the Aquamar Spa + Vitality Center. Here, too, the focus is on superlatives.

The spa is the most holistic of its kind on the seven seas. Treatment areas, workout area, personal training, barbershop and salon provide wellness moments. The popular Wellness Discovery Tours combine ancient wellness secrets with cultural experiences. For example, guests have the opportunity to enjoy a foot reflexology massage during a boat trip on a historic rice barque in Thailand.
