When our freedom to travel suddenly came to a halt due to the global pandemic, it became clear that travel is more than just a "nice to have". While many of us have spent the last year with permanent wanderlust, dreaming of our next trip, we now want only one thing: to move away from Wanderlust to Wandermust - the insatiable urge to travel. At the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, foodies can take part in the unique cooking class and sustainability workshop "Get Grounded with Le George". To begin, guests will travel to Versailles in a hybrid sports car with Chef Simone Zanoni from the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant Le George. Under Zanoni's expert guidance, guests will select seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs from the restaurant's garden on the palace grounds.
