The most important criteria include a WLAN with at least 50 Mbit per second, stable mobile phone reception on the premises and a suitable desk. One of the accommodations best suited for working is the chic designer finca "Cuca." Set amidst the rolling plains around Sa Pobla, beautiful mountain views await guests. The trendy holiday home offers everything a couple could wish for a relaxing stay. The finca is equipped with fast Wi-Fi internet, which also works on the terrace. For relaxation after work, the spacious pool area, a Jacuzzi with hydrojet and the sauna. Those who prefer to be active after work can use the available fitness bikes or start by bike in the surroundings. For shopping you can go to Sa Pobla or Pollenca. Beautiful beaches such as Playa del Muro, Alcudia or Can Picafort are less than ten kilometres away.

Also in the finca "Bonita" it is a great place to reside - and work. The small dream finca for two people, completely rebuilt in 2012, is located in the green hills near Artà, close to the beach. A 7,000 square meter large, typical Mediterranean natural garden surrounds the house. In front of the building is a spacious stone terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture and a sunshade. Practical: From the terrace you go directly into the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The wireless internet connection also works well outside the finca, so the terrace is the favorite workspace. By car you can go shopping in Artà or to nearby Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour promenade.

Entry rules for Mallorca

For the outward and return flight, travellers require a negative coronatest that is no more than 72 hours old. There is no quarantine obligation on arrival on the Balearic Islands, but after the return journey to Austria. Corona rules on the island

Restaurants and cafés open their terraces at half capacity until 5pm. Shopping also takes place without click and collect rules. Here, however, the Mallorcans make sure that 50 percent fewer customers than before Corona enter the store. On Saturdays even only 30 percent. On the island, masks are also compulsory. From 10 pm to six o'clock there is a nightly curfew.
