Four Seasons unveils programs around the new Four Seasons Private Jet for 2022.

19 November 2020

With its independence from flight schedules and times, the advantages of private aviation have become apparent in recent months. Four Seasons is now going one step further: The international luxury brand is presenting three routes for the travel year 2022 for its custom-made new Four Seasons Private Jet, which will roll over the starting field for the first time in 2021. The journeys will be accompanied by an on-board doctor who will constantly look after the well-being of the maximum of 48 guests. Programmes are flexibly customisable on request, even in-flight, and have a variety of themed focuses, including a trip designed specifically for families and multi-generational holidays. "The Four Seasons Private Jet travel experience is designed for travelers who want to see the world and immerse themselves in new cultures together, but know they can count on the familiar comfort of the Four Seasons universe from start to finish," said Christian Clerc, president, global operations Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. "Since our first trip in 2015, the response has been overwhelming. Many of our trips are consistently sold out, in many cases by repeat guests. With travelers already planning for the future, we expect interest in 2022 to be just as strong as it has been in the past. Today's guests choose brands they trust to maintain a focus on health and safety while still delivering the highest quality. When traveling with Four Seasons, they know that's exactly the case."

More than a luxury hotel at an altitude of 10,000 metres

The Four Seasons Private Jet is not just an aircraft converted into a luxury hotel: The brand-new Airbus A312neo-LR jet was manufactured especially for Four Seasons. It will have just 48 seats when it takes off on its first trip in 2021. The service entourage on board makes it a means of transportation, restaurant and luxury suite all in one. Even what is not possible on a first-class flight will become reality here: a flexible change of plan even during the flight. This is made possible by the on-board concierge, who is in constant communication with the hotel colleagues on the ground, where they check in at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts after landing. Four Seasons is sending its Jet 2022 on a total of three routes, for each of which only a limited number of seats are available:

1

African Wonders (December 28, 2021 to January 9, 2022).

Via Athens/Greece it goes to the pyramids in Egypt, to the Serengeti in Tanzania, to Mauritius and to Rwanda, to the Victoria Falls in Zambia and to Johannesburg in South Africa. Highlights of the trip, which is also recommended for families and multi-generational holidays, include a hot air balloon ride over the grasslands of the Serengeti and a torch-lit dinner in the Serengeti, a horseback ride through the tropical beauty of Mauritius and a gorilla trek, combined with a talk with local scientists and veterinarians.

The Four Seasons Private Jet classic will also be relaunched in 2022. Via Kona/Hawaii it goes to Bora Bora, via Sydney and Bali optionally to Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai/Thailand, to the Taj Mahal in India, followed by Dubai, Prague and London. Part of the ground program is a private tour of the Sydney Opera House, a visit to the Taj Mahal, an off-road tour of the Arabian desert and a royal dinner at the Lokowicz Palace in Prague.

The destinations were chosen for their legendary buildings and wonders of the world such as the mysterious Easter Island, the Great Barrier Reef, the rock city of Petra and the pyramids of Giza.
