On September 22, guests at DAS EDELWEISS can see (or rather taste) for themselves. In the course of the EDELWEISS Friends Week, the hosts a culinary vintner's night with the wine-growing estate Tement, followed by Wallner's gourmet menu. In addition to aperitifs, the tasting menu includes the finest short ribs "Alt Wien", a vegan Black Forest cake and unique creations such as "Germknödel 2.0" – a new twist on the famous Austrian dumplings.
