Die Passion für höchste Qualität und die Liebe zum Besonderen ziehen sich wie ein roter Faden durch alle Bereiche des Hotels. So nächtigt man in lichtdurchfluteten Designzimmern samt Ausblicken auf die Bergwelt oder im Loft beziehungsweise Penthouse. Nach einem herrlichen Frühstück geht es dann raus ins Abenteuer. Schließlich warten die Berge zu jeder Jahreszeit! Im Winter bringt ein eigenes Shuttle die Gäste zur Piste und holt sie wieder ab. Gourmetgenüsse serviert man im À-la-Carte Restaurant „Paulas" oder im Fine-Dining-Restaurant „Bruderherz". Zusätzliche Wohlfühlmomente erfahren die Gäste im Indoor- und Outdoorpool, in der Sauna oder im Sole-Dom. Das Hotel versteht sich als „adults friendly" und begrüßt daher nur Gäste ab sieben Jahren.
