The Hotel Gnollhof is located at one of the most idyllic viewpoints in South Tyrol, at over 1,000 metres above sea level and above the Eisack Valley. The family-run hotel looks back on a long tradition: more than 100 years ago, the Verginer family entertained their first guests here. Even today, nature lovers as well as seekers of peace and quiet from all over the world come here in search of a break from everyday life. Popular hiking areas such as the Villanderer Alm or the Val Gardena with its imposing Dolomite peaks invite to hike and walk. In winter, skiers and winter hikers get their money's worth. The surrounding towns of Bressanone and Chiusa are ideal for a city stroll. The charming hotel is located on the edge of the forest on a sunny plateau and has been lovingly run by the Verginer family since 1888. The small, fine spa plays all the tunes, the centerpiece being the infinity pool with panoramic views. The restaurant's varied cuisine conjures up delicious Alpine-Mediterranean dishes from seasonal ingredients. The rooms offer every comfort guests could wish for. Active nature lovers can set off into the surrounding mountains right from the hotel doorstep, either by bike or on foot. Some of the hotel's fine wines come from the hotel's own vineyard in Brixen/Bressanone and promise the very finest indulgence.
