Während die Chalets Platz für bis zu sechs Personen bieten und mit einem privaten Spa-Bereich samt frei stehender Badewanne und Küche ausgestattet sind, überzeugen die kürzlich renovierten Zimmer mit besonderem Raumklima und eigenen Balkonen. Im Zuge des letzten Umbaus bekam das Hotel einen beheizten Thermal-Außenpool und eine Liegewiese. Zudem erholt man sich in der Erlebnissauna und im Dampfbad. Genuss nimmt einen hohen Stellenwert ein; wer möchte, kann beim Hotelchef Helmut Hochfilzer private Koch-, Grill- und Pralinenkurse buchen. Zum Hotel gehört ein Reiterhof mit prämierter Haflingerzucht.
