Guests are spoiled for choice between dim sum, vegetarian, vegan and fine-dining cuisine. The reason for the variety? Top chefs from all over the world make a pilgrimage to the metropolis, incorporate their tastes and aromas into Asian cuisine, and thus create unique delights - and with success: Japanese chef Hideaki Sato's Ta Vie, for example, won three Michelin stars at the first attempt, while Mora is run by a local chef and boasts a green Michelin star.

The bar scene is also flourishing: The COA bar was named "Asia's Best Bar" for the third time in a row, and eight others made it into the top 50. In October, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival attracts foodies to a four-day event where they can experience the city's food scene - in addition to excellent culinary delights, workshops, live entertainment and tastings await.
