20 Emmy nominations, three Emmys, two Golden Globe Awards and top ratings: The HBO success series The White Lotus is currently all the talk. In the series, viewers spend a few days together with the vacation guests of the fictional luxury resort The White Lotus.

For the first season, they filmed in Hawaii, the second season takes place in Sicily. In fact, you can stay in both hotels from the series. They are the Four Seasons Resorts on Maui and in Taormina. But for true fans, Airbnb is now making Villa Tasca bookable as well.

The villa from "The White Lotus"

It makes its grand entrance in episode 3 of the second season. In it, Daphne (Meghann Fahy) and Harper (Aubrey Plaza) visit the historic old town of Noto. They also enjoy the lavishly decorated rooms of the palazzo. They swim in the pool, Daphne tells Harper all about her toxic marriage.

The breathtakingly beautiful details, the most elaborate wall paintings, fine fabrics and high ceilings, Murano glass chandeliers and custom-made furniture leave viewers in awe. Those who want to follow in the footsteps of the two series characters can do so in the future. The villa from The White Lotus is not in Noto, however. It is four hours away, near the lively city of Palermo.

Historical jewel

It is surrounded by a huge park. It features a botanical garden, citrus groves, a swimming pool and even a swan pond. Inside the 15th century villa there is a billiard room, a music room complete with grand piano, four luxurious bedrooms with bathrooms and spacious common areas.

The villa from The White Lotus naturally also includes first-class service staff. They take care of the wishes of up to eight guests. Only a few minutes drive separate the villa from the center of Palermo with its countless sights. These include the Cappella Palatina and the Cappuccini Catacombs. No wonder that the guests of the Villa Tasca also included Jacky Kennedy, Verdi, Paganini and Rubinsten.
