One&Only Opens First Private Homes on the Mexican Riviera Nayarit

One&Only, known for its extravagant and luxurious resorts, is opening the Mandarina Resort in Mexico in November. The highlight of the resort is the 54 private homes nestled on a cliff in the rainforest. Breathtaking view included!
The resort opens on a previously undeveloped stretch of the Riviera Nayarit, offering peace and privacy. The Private Homes nevertheless enjoy the benefits of resort life to the fullest. From the One&Only Spa to the Jetty Beach Club, where freshly caught fish is reserved, all facilities can be enjoyed during the day until you cozy up in your own home at night.
There are two different styles of homes to choose from, both of which come standard with an infinity pool and terrace overlooking the wild and fascinating nature of the coast. The houses are delivered turnkey and vary in size from four to eight rooms. The construction method is special - the low building density preserves the soil and botanists were consulted during construction and design to ensure that the landscape is preserved as much as possible and the impact on nature is kept to a minimum.
For those who want to do more than just relax in their own home, the activities offered by the resort can be booked. From sailing and fishing trips to whale watching excursions, there is something for everyone. A private concierge service guarantees a full fridge, clean pool and in house cooking service. In addition, the villas can be rented out to guests while they are away through One&Only Services.
