Aethos Hotels open luxury hotel in Corsica

After the opening of Aethos Saragano in Umbria, Italy last year are called Aethos Hotels now another boutique hotel in Corsica, the Aethos Corsica welcome to the growing portfolio. Two further hotel openings are planned in Portugal and Italy for 2021 and 2022.
Aethos Corsica - minimalist luxury in a historic setting
For the new Aethos Corsica, the traditional hotel "U Palazzu Serenu", which dates back to the 17th century, has been reinterpreted - without losing the prestigious heritage and the special charm of the historic building. The nine suites vary in size from 32 to 73 m2. They are furnished with the utmost care and lovingly decorated with hand-picked original works of art. Depending on their location, the view from the suites is of the sea and the northern bay of Saint Florent, the village of Oletta or the impressive mountains. The garden with a 20-metre pool forms the heart of the complex.
At the heart of this newly revitalized boutique hotel is an individualized overall experience that prioritizes guests' sensory experiences and desires. To this end, the Aethos hosts offer a multi-faceted program - personalized upon request prior to arrival - ranging from morning yoga, Pilates and meditation offerings, to boat trips to pristine sandy beaches, hikes or a private dining experience featuring award-winning local cuisine on the hotel's sun terrace.
Sustainable enjoyment in the CECI Restaurant
Just as in the Umbrian sister hotel Aethos Saragano, the hotel group also focuses on Mediterranean cuisine in the intimate CECI restaurant on Corsica. Classic Italian recipes bear the modern signature of chef Manuel André Fernandes, yet integrate the traditions of Corsican cuisine. Regionality of locally sourced products, as well as healthy and vegan options, plays a big role in the cuisine. The hotel also offers special detox programs.
