Hotel Andaz Vienna am Belvedere: New rooftop champagne bar with great views of Vienna

The wait is over: a brand new champagne bar has opened at the Hotel Andaz Vienna. The exclusive Veuve Clicquot Chandelier Outdoor Bar is now open on the rooftop terrace of the Aurora rooftop bar The new place-to-be promises a very special atmosphere and also the opportunity to enjoy champagne, delicious drinks and lovely snacks in the fresh air above the rooftops of Vienna.

New champagne bar with design highlights

The innovative bar concept was implemented as part of a design competition launched by Veuve Clicquot and Hotel Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. A highlight of the design is the "starry sky", which consists of the iconic Veuve Clicquot champagne bottles. This special element at the heart of the outdoor bar creates an incomparable, sparkling ambience thanks to light reflections in the bottles.

The fine drinks also ensure a great atmosphere. In addition to classics such as the Veuve Clicquot Brut, the menu also includes unusual champagne creations and cocktails such as the "Aurora Cosmo", "Wiener Madl" or "Berserkers Punch". Delicious Nordic-inspired bar food accompanies the excellent drinks.

The new rooftop bar is open Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 22:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00.

These are the winners of the design competition

The brand new outdoor bar was designed by the Austrian design studio Lucy.D in collaboration with the architecture firm inFABric from Paris. The design "Veuve Clicquot Chandelier" convinced the jury with elegant, innovative design and the use of sustainable materials.

Characterized by minimalist, contemporary aesthetics paired with clarity and elegance, the new bar fits perfectly into the ambience of the Aurora Rooftop Bar. Andrea Cebuc from C'est Design was responsible for the implementation of the project and the design strategy.
