Hotel Gnollhof

A family-run four-star hotel with tradition: for over a hundred years, the Verginer family has been accommodating guests in their Hotel Gnollhof at 1,160 meters above sea level. These swarm to Gufidaun, even today, in search of South Tyrolean cuisine, closeness to nature and a soothing time out. They are not disappointed at all: because not only the imposing Dolomites are a find here. On the one hand, there is the South Tyrolean cuisine, over which Chef Peter Verginer watches. He tinkers over old recipes, reaching for ingredients from the region to create gourmet dishes with a modern twist. These are accompanied by white wines from the restaurant's own vineyards. The wellness area of Gnollhof fascinates with a flowing transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural materials and a modern interior stylishly come together here. In the sauna area with relaxation rooms and a mountain panorama sauna, large glass fronts allow an unobstructed view of the Dolomites. For further bathing, one finds oneself in the indoor pool including the whirlpool or in the seasonally open outdoor pool at the edge of the forest. The hotel also has a gym and a spa menu with facials, massages or spa packages.
