SILENA, your soulful hotel

At 1343 meters above sea level, in the middle of the Valser Hochtal, lies the SILENA, a "Soulful Hotel", as the family-run four-star superior hotel appropriately titles itself. Modern elegance meets stylish Southeast Asian interiors - a refuge for design aficionados. The idyllic SILENA SPA extends over 1550 square meters and has two levels - in the garden and on the roof terrace - which are connected by a direct elevator. Not only the Feng Shui-inspired ambience amidst the nature of South Tyrol, but also the in-house products combine elements of Italy and Asia. In addition to the indoor and outdoor pools and great relaxation areas with fireplaces, there are sound or scent meditations. Also breath migrations, an extensive yoga offer, Qi Gong and pleasant sauna courses - for instance in the steam bath with a high wetland smell - stand on the daily program in SILENA. Since 2022, SILENA guests can also dive into the new hot onsen pool on the roof terrace. In addition, new design suites with a private sauna, outdoor bathtub as well as meditation area and a bar concept with a Japanese tea corner have been created. In the gourmet restaurant, Feng Sui and regional natural cuisine have found each other.
