From a bio-energy mud bath to an age-defying facial with Cellular Swiss Ice Crystal, there are all sorts of extravagant therapies, with one highlight being the most luxurious HydraFacial treatment. Developed exclusively for Lanesborough, it provides the ultimate beauty kick with LED light therapy, electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) and a 24-carat gold mask. In addition to a hydrotherapy pool, there is also a salt treatment complex using Himalayan salt crystals. The club even has its own restaurant: the menu, which focuses on healthy food, was developed by Michelin-starred chefs Eric Frechon and Florian Favario, with nutritional advice from Bodyism founder James Duigan.
