Worth seeing: the Rundetaarn is an old tower in downtown Copenhagen, built by King Christian IV in the 17th century. The tower reaches a height of 35 meters and offers a breathtaking view of the city from its observation deck on the roof. So the climb up the stairless spiral inside is well worth it!

She is probably Denmark's most famous statue and Copenhagen's landmark: the Little Mermaid on Lagelinie Quay. The famous bronze statue by Edvard Eriksen depicts the motif of the eponymous story by Hans Christian Andersen - and is just perfect for an Insta snapshot.
