The dinner experience series has already taken place at the Hauben restaurant Goldener Hirsch two years in a row. Both times it turned out to be a complete success. It comes as no surprise that star chef Daniel Mild won't miss the opportunity to send his audience on an Austrian haute cuisine first-class pleasure trip in 2023. Under the motto "Mild cooks with Friends", a real highlight awaits all guests this year - Mild will be supported by none other than acting icon Erwin Steinhauer.

"Mild Cooks"

The "Mild cooks" events have long been established in the gourmet scene of the city of Mozart. Four evenings a year, the Goldener Hirsch restaurant is transformed into an atmospheric event location with live music and cool extras. All participants can look forward to a six-course menu made from regional ingredients and exclusively matched creations. This will be accompanied by an aperitif at the bar, including a wine and beverage accompaniment for later.

"The best comes at the end"? No way! This year's series probably starts with the most exclusive dinner ever. On March 10, Daniel Mild will bring "Die Toten von Salzburg" star Steinhauer with him to work, helping him to modify his personal favorite dishes and create a unique menu.

On April 26, the next event dinner follows under the motto "Mild cooks Gut Wildshut", where he focuses on Austria's first organic beer estate. The tasting menu is therefore accompanied by a finely seasoned beer. It continues just as excitingly on June 28. Keeping the summer in mind, the event "Mild grills" awaits visitors, where you can enjoy the finest specialties served from the grill. October 4, "Mild kocht Wild & Kürbis" (Mild Cooks Game & Pumpkin) is all about the orange autumn vegetables and hearty side dishes. A little more than one month before Christmas, on November 15, you're invited for "Mild cooks goose". If you still need culinary inspiration for the holidays and want to get into the Advent mood, this is the place to be. 

A Gourmet Chef's Premiering Creations

The Goldener Hirsch restaurant, located not far from Mozart's birthplace in the heart of Salzburg, is known for its fine dining, exquisite regional (and in some cases international) culinary delights and first-class hospitality. This combination earned the restaurant and chef two toques from Gault & Millau. After a makeover in 2019, the Goldener Hirsch shines in its traditional country house style, jazzed up with elegant details under a special vaulted ceiling.
