At the "Vegetables & Mushrooms" cooking seminar, Jagdhof chef Boris Meyer reveals his kitchen secrets. On the Tour de Goût, head sommelier Albin Mayr takes his guests into the vastness of the hotel wine cellar. Gourmet menus, a "Green Egg BBQ Evening" and the "Carving - Filleting - Flambéing" experience dinner round off the GenussNaTour programme.

The tour leads to the rock cellar of the Plangger cheese factory, the Rochert distillery and the Mieder organic farm. A visit is also paid to the Tyrolean quails and the Kwell char. The finest products can be found just a few minutes from the hotel.
From the country to the city
Not only in the Stubaital, but also in the federal capital Innsbruck, which is only a few minutes away, there are culinary delights. During a guided tour of the city, the Jenewein Inn spoils guests with regional delicacies before it's time for herbalism at the Auffangalm. Afterwards you can end the day with a leisurely hike and a picnic.
