The unique Sea and Land Taste program - S.A.L.T. - is a new way to experience the world's food, drink and traditions up close. S.A.L.T on board

On board the Silver Moon and Silver Dawn there are three special dining areas that tantalize the palate with authentic culinary experiences. Among them, guests enjoy special dinners at S.A.L.T. Kitchen, a restaurant that changes its recipes and flavors with each port visited. At S.A.L.T. Bar, guests get a taste of the authentic and enjoy cocktails and drinks inspired by the region. At the S.A.L.T. Lab, travelers join talented chefs to learn how food is prepared in each region, giving them a deep insight into the rich heritage of each destination.

S.A.L.T. Kitchen

S.A.L.T. shore excursions

No matter which destination is visited during the cruise, the following questions are asked: Who are the best producers and experts in this region?
