The five tables in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of Merano's sea of lights. Gerhard Wieser's cuisine masterfully combines Alpine and Mediterranean elements. In addition to quality, sustainability and ethics are also central to the products.

The Einhorn is located in an old German parlor with a tiled stove - an exciting contrast to Peter Girtler's haute cuisine. He combines local specialties such as earth chestnut, wood sorrel and turnip with worldwide inspirations. The Gourmetstube Einhorn also hosts the sommelière of the year 2022, Lisa Kinkelin.

Mathias Bachmann cooked under Joachim Wissler and Sergio Herman, among others. Innovation and tradition need not be a contradiction - the young chef proves this in the Apostelstube in the art deco style of the 1920s. Very good service and an excellent wine accompaniment!

Two South Tyrolean farmhouse parlors from the 17th century are the stage for Simone Cantafio, who combines Orient and Occident - vegetables and fruits are the focus of the two menus. You can get to the wine cellar via a slide bar in the restaurant.

The two small, charming parlors date back to the 18th century - so the traditional dishes made from mountain products with a fresh breeze fit in perfectly. For example, there's veal tongue with fermented red cabbage and porcini jus or lemon risotto. By the way, since 2022 it also has a Michelin star.
