Location, Baby!

It starts with the location. Here, the creators chose Palm Beach Cannes. This is the first restaurant to open in this historic building, is almost synonymous with the French Riviera and has been lovingly renovated. Today, the Palm Beach, inaugurated in 1929, once again exudes the splendor of the old days.

"The Palm Beach in Cannes was the obvious choice for us when choosing our first location in France, as it reflects everything we stand for here at Zuma: Excellence, quality and a good time," said Zuma co-founder Rainer Becker. Obviously, the time has come for the brand to expand. Only recently, the opening of Zuma Munich was announced.

A look at the menu ...

Zuma foodies have long had their favorites anyway. Naturally, you can also find them in the French branch. But there are also some new additions to the menu. How about otoro, for example, sliced and served with tomato dashi and Oscietra caviar? The toro maki and Chilean sea bass croquettes are also almost worth a trip.

A beef tartare with Sancho pepper, myoga and black truffle was created exclusively for Zuma Cannes. Naturally, guests can watch it being prepared at the table. A pavlova with exotic fruits, cherry blossom chantilly and mango sorbet is a sweet treat to finish.

The name guarantees that the ambience is just right. Firstly, you enter the restaurant through a tunnel. This is where you can get away from it all. Inside, the stone and wooden elements that have already become icons await guests. After all, they are intended to reflect the classicism, timelessness and simplicity of the brand.

To incorporate the local culture, the terrace features elements that merge indoor and outdoor areas. If you dine outside, you can enjoy the postcard view of the Bay of Cannes.
